Pulling with Chutes

A good drill for pulling involves pulling out of the chutes.  The Coach stands at one end of the chutes and the players get into the chutes facing the coach.

Players with blocking dummies stand in front of the chutes (2 yards away for traps / 4 yards away for kick outs).

On the coach’s signal, the players pull out of the chute and block the dummy, keeping their heads up field.
